Welcome to Terms Of Use and Privacy Policy. The terms of use apply to users of the download site. The privacy policy is aimed at the entire site. The Privacy Policy isn’t quite finished yet. Privacy Policy The I Security Website is here for enjoyment and information. None of our downloads contain malicious code or spyware. All files are checked by up-to-date NOD32 Antivirus Software before they are uploaded to the server. I Security do not send unsolicited email of any kind. We don’t send attachments with any email without the users confirmation. If you ever receive an email from I Security that contains a virus infected attachment or advertising, we can assure you it is not from us. Please forward a copy of the email, to investigations@isecurity.org.uk. If you ever decide to email us or enter a competition, we will not pass on your details to any third party company or individual. We do not store your details but your email or enquiry may be stored for up to 30 days for reference purposes if you ever email again. All emails are stored on a computer protected against viruses and spyware. The computer is also protected by a firewall. If your email was sent because you entered a competition, it will be stored for obvious reasons until the competition reaches an end and the winner has been contacted. if you contact us, you automatically give us the right to reply to your email unless you state clearly that you don’t want a reply. The I Security server records IP Addresses for statiscal reasons and we can assure you that we do not use the IP Addresses collected by the server in anyway, unless of course you have done something to deliberately harm I Security or the I Security Site. The server also records the referring website and anonymous information about pages visited and documents that contain errors or could not be found. I Security reserves the right to modify this document at any time and breach this policy if we have evidence to show that you have deliberately tried to harm users of this site or their computers. We can also breach this policy if we have evidence that you have attempted to harm I Security or the I Security Site or to comply with UK and International Laws.
